Where can I see the actual products?

You can see the actual products in our 4000 SF new showroom. Our business hours are Monday through Friday 8.30 am to 5 pm. Saturday 10 am to 3 pm. Please call for late hours. We are located in 79 Hackensack St East Rutherford, NJ 07073.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes, you can pick up your order from our warehouse free of any additional charges. You need to contact our customer service to schedule the pick up.

How do you ship the goods?

We ship your order with the most reliable carriers. Items less than 100 lbs ships via Fedex with an option of ground, 2nd day or next day service. Items over 100 lbs ships via common carrier.

How soon can you ship my order?

We can ship your order within 1-2 business days. Depending on your address it usually takes 2-7 business days for the products to arrive.

How much is the shipping?

We have negotiated the best rates with the most reliable carriers. The cost of freight will be calculated at the time of check out before you give your credit card information. Simply add the products in the shopping cart and check out.

How do I know when the freight will arrive?

If your order is shipped via common carrier, the freight company will contact you in advance to schedule a delivery date and time; we recommend that you have help available upon arrival. The freight company is only responsible for unloading this item off the truck. They will not bring it to your backyard or anywhere else.

What if the products get damaged during shipment?

We will pack your material well enough to protect it against any damage during the shipment.

Before signing for delivery, count the boxes and inspect the package for any potential damage that may have occurred while in transit. However, it's normal for the packaging to show some wear.

If there.s a visible damage when you receive the package simply refuse* the shipment and we will replace your order free of charge. Before any package is refused these simple steps should be followed otherwise your damage claim will not be honored.

     - Call Home Design Outlet Center customer service at 1-800 -701-0388.

     - Take pictures of the damaged package.

     - Note the damage on the bill of lading before you sign for it.

*If you refuse an item for any reason other than it.s damaged, you will be billed for additional shipping charges.

What if there.s a damage inside the cartons?

If you find a damage after opening the boxes you need to call our customer service within 7days to file your claim. We will need the picture of the damaged piece and the picture of the boxes. We will either replace the damaged part or the whole order free of charge.

What if I change my mind after placing an order?

If an order is cancelled before the goods ship your payment will be fully refunded. If you want to cancel an order after the goods ship, you still can return the product for a full refund but you will be responsible for freight charges for both ways. (Shipping and Returning freight charges).

What are the conditions for 30 Days Money Back Guarantee?

You can return the merchandise within 30 days for a full refund. Customer is responsible for returning the merchandise in resalable condition in its original box. Shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer. After the product is received full refund minus the shipping charges will be issued.

What's the warranty on your products?

Shower Systems & Jacuzzis are covered by a 1 Year parts factory warranty by Home Design Outlet Center.

The warranty covers every part of the unit and shipping of the parts 100%!

We will also always be here and help you get the parts at cost after one year factory warranty expires. We may require you to take pictures of the part you need and a new part will be mailed to you.

The purchaser of the shower systems accepts full responsibility and liability for its proper use, operation and installation. These units are NOT to be used in any workplace. These units must be installed by a licensed professional plumber. Installation or service by unqualified persons voids the warranty.

What.s the return policy for Natural Stone Products?

All sales are final for the natural stone products.

The pictures are for representational purposes only; they may not be exactly the same as you see on your screen. We offer samples to encourage our customers to see the color for themselves.

We only offer carefully selected 1st quality natural stone products unless specifically stated in product description. Please note that color and shade variation is an inherent characteristic of natural stone. Color and shade variation doesn.t mean that tiles have defects.

Please inspect the tiles prior to installation. The installer has the final inspection responsibility to pull out and not install the pieces with noticeable color and shade difference. It.s suggested that installer mix pieces from several different cartons to blend to show the natural beauty of stone.

No claims will be honored and no refunds will be issued after tiles are installed.

How much are the samples for tiles?

We offer free 4x4 tile samples; you will pay $5.00 to cover the shipping for 1 to 5 pieces. Please feel free to contact our customer service for your sample requests.
